Vibe chat & Two planning sessions
Two intentional sessions designed to bring your wedding vision fully to life. One session focuses on logistics (timing, flow, and coordination) while the other dives deep into crafting your ceremony. We’ll explore your love story in detail to create a ceremony rich with meaning and truly reflective of your connection.
Custom ceremony script
Your ceremony will be written completely for you, capturing the nuances of your relationship, personalities, and journey together. You’ll start with a love story questionnaire, which we’ll expand upon during your ceremony crafting session for a ceremony with greater depth and personalised touches.
You’ll have the chance to preview your script before your wedding, ensuring every word feels just right.
Unlimited communication
I’m here to answer your questions, offer guidance, and support you every step of the way as much as you need, whenever you need it.
Online rehearsal
We’ll run through your ceremony together online the week of your wedding, so you feel calm, prepared, and confident for your big day.
Planning & Logistics
You’ll complete a logistics questionnaire, and I’ll follow up with additional questions to fully understand your ceremony logistics. I’ll coordinate with your vendor team ahead of the day to make sure everyone is aligned and work closely with them on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Legal paperwork
I’ll guide you through all the legal forms and paperwork, making sure everything is completed correctly and lodged on time - done & dusted with love.
Early arrival
I'll arrive 45 minutes - 1 hour early to set up and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for your ceremony.
PA System
Clear, professional sound for your ceremony with a BOSE speaker and Shure microphone.
Keepsake Vows
A beautifully presented copy of your vows to keep as a special memento of your day.
